Delivery Information (UK)

All orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail.

Please ensure your chosen products and delivery address are correct before placing your order. Goods are dispatched from our fulfilment house therefore once an order is placed, we can not make any changes. We can not stop orders with incorrect goods or that are despatched to the wrong address.

We ask that you make sure that you have entered every field for the delivery address in the checkout window. Please also add your mobile number for delivery purposes. Deliveries may be delayed or rejected if part of the address is missing or entered incorrectly. If you are using a saved address when logging in to your account or Apple Pay, Google Pay or Paypal Express, please ensure it is up to date as we can not stop orders that have been dispatched to the wrong address. 

Please note that goods will not be dispatched on weekends, bank holidays or any other public holiday.

Some parcels will require a signature on arrival, therefore when ordering you must provide a delivery address at which someone will be present. In the event that no one is available to sign for the goods and a signature is required, the carrier will leave notification of their delivery attempt with the necessary redelivery information.

International Shipping

We offer Royal Mail Tracked services to most International countries. Once you've entered your delivery address, you'll be able to see the delivery services available. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page when both the destination and delivery service are selected.

Please ensure that you enter an email address AND mobile number for customs purposes.

If you order products for delivery to one of the International Delivery Destinations (including Europe), your order may potentially be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination.

You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. If the goods are refused or returned to us for any reason, any shipping charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer and these will be deducted from your refund. Please note that refunds can take up to 14 days from us receiving your return.

Please note, we are unable to offer shipping to USA, Brazil, Kuwait, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Israel and Lebanon at this time.
